About us
Eduart Nikolla, originally from Albania, was born and raised in a small country in South Eastern Europe. After finishing high school, he relocated to Italy to pursue studies in Computer Science, where he spent nearly four years. However, during this time, he discovered a passion for the construction industry while assisting his cousin.
In 2008, Eduart received a life-changing opportunity when he was offered a Diversity Visa through the "Green Card lottery" to move to the United States. After completing the necessary legal procedures and interviews, he was granted the visa and embarked on a journey to the "Land of The Free and Home of The Brave." He arrived in New York on January 16th, 2008, and shortly thereafter, in April 2008, he relocated to Arizona.
In Arizona, Eduart commenced his career in the construction field, specializing in tile and flooring, with a company called "DOUBLE EAGLE TILE, MARBLE and STONE." He is grateful for the assistance and opportunities provided by this company. From 2009 to 2013, he worked on numerous residential custom home projects and commercial ventures, including the construction of the "City Center" in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2010.
In December 2013, Eduart obtained his first "Tile, Marble, and Stone" license in Arizona and established his own company, "ALBATROS FLOORING LLC," which has been serving the local community ever since. Joined by his brother ERMIR, they have strived to deliver professional services and workmanship, aiming to fulfill people's dream projects in the construction industry.
Over the years, our dedication and expertise led to the inevitable need for expansion. In 2023, Eduart decided to upgrade their licenses to become builders and general contractors, allowing us to better serve existing and new customers while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship. We firmly believe in prioritizing quality over quantity and take pride in their team's commitment to excellence.
Treating every customer with dignity and respect remains their primary goal, all while ensuring the success and profitability of the business. We recognize that the construction industry is an art form in itself and strive to approach it accordingly.
If you can dream it, we can build it.
